Lindbergh School

Lindbergh School provides education for young people between the ages of 11 and 16.Most of our students have found mainstream schools a challenge and need extra support and help to re-integrate back into a mainstream school. Sometimes older students may remain with us to work towards a range of qualifications in Key Stage 4.

noseThe lead teacher is Kirsty Osborne who in addition to experience with behaviourally disturbed children also heads the school IT system “HERO” which is an online eLearning platform used to structure children’s individualised education, including the KIKS project. The 12-16 yr old volunteer children of intellectual ability are individually teacher-supported and brought together in small groups to develop solutions to the challenge.
